With over 20 years of experience in Retail IT, I’ve led enterprise-level initiatives and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects across hundreds of locations. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand that success isn’t just about systems or strategy — it’s about people. I’ve always believed that building strong relationships and understanding what motivates others is what truly drives results.
Owning my own career was always a dream of mine, though for many years I wasn’t sure how to make it happen. That desire to create my own path has been a guiding force in my life and work. Now, as a Career Ownership Coach™ with The Entrepreneur’s Source®, I help others gain clarity about their goals and explore possibilities they may not have considered — whether that’s launching a business, shifting careers, or taking greater control of their future. My role is to guide, support, and empower individuals as they navigate this journey of self-discovery and ownership on their terms.
I was fortunate to grow up with parents who instilled the values I carry with me today. My father, a small business owner, showed me the importance of discipline, consistency, commitment, and being customer-focused. My mother demonstrated what it means to lead with empathy, integrity, and a deep respect for others. These values have shaped both my personal and professional life.
I grew up in Royal Rangers, a church-based camping program I joined at age 5 and remained involved in for many years, eventually serving as a leader. The program gave me a strong foundation in practical skills, responsibility, and personal growth. Earning the Gold Medal of Achievement was a proud milestone, but more importantly, it taught me how to lead with purpose and serve others with integrity. As part of my time in Royal Rangers, I also participated in frontier reenactments portraying the Revolutionary War period of the 1700s, which deepened my appreciation for history and tradition.
Today, I live in South Jersey with my wife, who I’ve been with for over 20 years and married to for more than 15. She has taught me the importance of being present in the moment and enjoying the journey — a mindset that is just as important in life as it is in business. Together we’re raising two amazing boys and two dogs, and I find joy in spending time with them playing basketball, building Legos, swimming in our pool, and taking hiking day trips.
If you’re exploring a new direction, feeling stuck, or ready to align your work with your values, I’d be honored to support you in discovering what’s next.
